Customer service is consistently good. Im generally happy with their rental vehicles, and when Ive had rare issues the Enterprise team have proactively offered remedies or compensation that was satisfactory.

Upon my arrival, already having a confirmed reservation, I was met with an incredible level of resistance from the staff member in charge. This was a stark contrast to my experience a year prior, where everything was smooth and efficient with a different team. Despite my efforts to explain and even getting the insurance company involvedwho were clearly frustrated by the staff's attitude and lack of knowledgeI faced unnecessary hurdles. It took a ridiculous amount of back-and-forth, including spending over $100 on Ubers just to get the situation resolved and finally get the car. But when I finally got the car, it was a mess. It was dirty beyond belief, with snot, crumbs, grease, fingerprints, and some mysterious stain in the back seat. It was clear to me that either nobody at this location knows how to do their job properly, or they specifically chose not to clean the car because they had something against me as a customer. Normally, a bad experience like this would make me give a one-star review, wishing I could go lower. If I could, I'd rate this experience not just zero, but dive deep into the negatives. This level of service was just unacceptable, and I'm definitely going to let corporate know about it.

This was the 3rd time I choose Enterprise Rent-A-Car from this Milton location. The service has been great and welcoming. The location and the car selection for the different types of vehicles mades my decision to continue be a repeat customer. They have won my business! Thank you Milton Team
