I was waiting for the first car as soon as I open the car, the smell was horrible. Looks like somebody was smoking and then spray windex in the car. I refused for the second car and second one was dirty without mat driver and they said thats it we dont have anymore car. Wasting my time and money .

We came to pick our car, but they didnt have any. They didnt want to upgrade to higher class. The worst experience ever

I was initially given a vehicle that was more than what my insurance would cover. Upon being notified within the first hour of the initial rental about this, my car insurance company arranged for me to swap out the car for one that fit within the correct budget. After Hertz picked up the car from my body shop, they charged me for the SUV instead of the compact vehicle that I swapped out for. This has resulted in an almost $600 charge to my card on file! I contacted billing and also walked into the office they said they submitted a claim on my behalf but won't provide any details of anything actually taking place via email and said it will take up to 21 days to resolve! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM HERTZ AGAIN! Customer service is horrible and the manager acted like she could care less about my issues. She would not even offer an apology! I understand mistakes happen, but why can I not get an email letting me know what you are working on this issue? There is no paper trail or accountability. NEVER AGAIN! I wish I could give them zero stars!!!
