Got some tire work done a little while ago, had 2 new tires put on, balance and rotate. I am today trying to do work that requires me to remove the tire. Was left dumbfounded and very angry when my socket was bending because the lug nuts were on too tight. Now I can't do the job without buying a new socket.

I have lived in the capital district for the last three years and anytime I need work done on my car I always come to this location. Their prices are very transparent and affordable and if any additional work needs to be done on my car they always call before hand. I'm not sure if Eric works there anymore because I have not seen him the last two times I've been at the shop but he has always been great. I really love this place and I have always had a positive experience!
