Not a fan. Each time I had tried to use their services, it took forever to even get checked in. Then there were a million questions and most times I left thinking I paid too much and didn't get everything I needed.

After a long wait to check in for an oil change, the guy at the register was rude. Then the employees started fighting amongst themselves. I feel I made a mistake coming here.

Very annoyed. Called early in the morning to ask if I could get an oil change and a state inspection, also asked if I could make an appointment. Was told Monday was their slow day and didnt need an appointment. Arrive at the auto center approximately 20 mins later. Checked my car in and was told it would be a bit, they only had one state inspector on and there was an appointment before me. Went to Colonie center for about an hour and returned to see my car still in the same spot not moved. Here I still sit, and car still not moved. Don't mind waiting but this is too long. Making an appointment may have cut down on the wait time but again was told I didn't need one. On of that one of the guys on is very rude. When I was here 3 months ago he was rude and he was instigating an argument with another coworker. Very unprofessional. I always went to the Sears in Saratoga. Never had a problem and always professional. Going on a 2 hr wait right now!
