        Prompt service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious service manager. Mechanics did a thorough job and left my car clean and well cared for. Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

        Multiple trips inti the shop for the same issue, wasted trips scheduled to do service and told my parts that came in were given to somebody else and had to be reordered. Minimum of 6 calls over a months time to service manager Justin and still to this day never received a single call back. The only good experience I had was with a tech named Chance, he always seemed willing to help. Unfortunately the dealings with the service department have led to the lifelong Ford owner to switch to a different brand. Bob Guyer
