Adam Miller and the entire service department were extremely helpful in quickly diagnosing my issues and getting some massive repairs done with a tight deadline, allowing for our departure to go as planned. I had an appointment for service on my Jeep on 4/20/22 and the still have it! (It is now May 2)! I cant get anyone to respond or give me any information. I am not sure if anyone has even looked at it. I am out hundreds of dollars for a rental car. I have contacted the BBB and a lawyer at this point. Sitting here waiting for someone to call me back again. I need my car!!! Just wanted to follow up on this review. Chad did meet with me and we came to a very reasonable resolution to this issue. He did his best to resolve my disappointment in the service. Thank you!

Colleen Piszczalski and Team Did an Awesome job on getting My Wife and Myself approved for a car. We are going through a challenging time, and they were able to get the job done. Management & Employees were really friendly. The facility was very clean. 100% Approval Rating. Thanks for the great job and going the extra mile.
