        Rats in units: property management claimed they didnt notice but you could see rat droppings and smell rat urine, Very overpriced, property management takes weeks of conversation to actually fix anything, rotten decks, paint chipping, leaky roofs, all for a convenient cost of $2000. Such a joke

        I am here to give a review about the payment system for rent, which has changed quite a few times since moving in. The newest update adds on a $35 SERVICE FEE for paying online, which seems to be your only option. The apartment is okay, office staff are attentive to needs, and neighbors are friendly - but the little things such as having the stairs shoveled (which is included in rent) is typically done by someone within the building and the service fee is another additional cost ... in a year, that's over $400 in fees just to pay your rent.

        We, my wife and I, have been residents here at Yarmouth Pointe for 10 years. The Level of dedication and professionalism from the management team, office staff and maintenance technicians is not found anywhere else. The interior and exterior updates were extremely important and appreciated. From new insulation, siding, roofing, security lighting, new gym, pool, dog friendly and more. Yarmouth Pointe now sets the standards others strive to achieve.

        Lived here for a while. Horrible staff, maintenance and office. Living on the second floor. Police were called on me daily from a bad neighbor. Which never led to anything ever. Just constant harassment from the tenant below. I asked multiple times for them to be moved or for me to be moved. Nothing ever happened. so I just moved out. I can only guess that that dude's calling the cops on the next people above him daily.
