        Lived here and nearby 46 Bayview from 2007 to 2020. Mccool was a nice manager but vanessa not so much. Raised rent on me every new lease with 10 month leases, gave me the worst apt while I was dying after being slandered by psychopath, raised rent on 46 Bayview inspite of infestation of chipmunks, bullied me constantly and did nerve therapy thru neighbors which demonstrated they knew more than they were telling. Then they enjoyed evicting me with no sympathy for what crisis I was going through.

Select apartments include updated kitchens and bathrooms, plank floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Residents enjoy access to an on-site playground, as well as all of the amenities located at Yarmouth Pointe. Amenities include an outdoor pool, newly updated fitness center and clubroom, dog park, and playground. Washers and dryers are included in all apartments. Rent includes water, sewer, and trash.
