Ive stayed here many times over the past 3 years. The staff are friendly and attentive, but dont really problem solve well. My room have been fine each time I stay with small things that are quality related but nothing to write home about. I love their location and never have issues with parking.
One thing is attention to detail. Like the gym has had the same missing weights for years and Ive mentioned it and every time I come back with no resolution I get more disappointed on their follow-up and resolution.
I would stay here again, but if as silly as it sounds, if the weights dont get resolved I might find another place nearby that pays more attention to details and listens to their customers.

The are horrible we got charged for the room and two days later charged me 200 extra said we smoked in room with was a lie and why would you charge two days later

BEAWARE there are MICE in this Woburn location. Hotel Management is a scam and will fraudulently charge bank cards extra $ $ claiming false information.
