Called for a friend that is up north, ac less than a year old, kept getting run around, shut off breaker, (again) check drain (again), no breaker issues and no water in drain line, put on hold for no reason, then after ten minutes had to deal with lady very rude and unprofessional, terrible company.

UPDATE- DO NOT USE! 4X out for the same problem and the said we cant get out for a days!!! $1000 later!!! We've now used them for a couple of years and use them for annual maintenance. We noticed that the far side of our home didn't get as much of the AC as we needed. Brett came out and assessed the situation and gave us a couple of options. He is very well versed in his job and does a great job explaining everything. They replaced our 7" ducts with 10" ducts for that side of the house, and it's been a huge improvement. Today, we had a motor go on our system that they replaced just a year ago, and they immediately made it right! 5 star only because I can't give more! I can't say enough good things about this company!!! The techs were amazing!! Explained everything to us, the price was so much lower than expected, 1 unit went out on Friday and they came out checked both units and were here first thing in the morning on Saturday and had new unit installed!!!! No hidden charges no wait!!!! They really went above all expectations!! I know people that used some of the big companies and have had to wait weeks for an install. On a side note this is the second time I have used them (last year for general systems check) and both times the techs had such wonderful things to say about their job and the owners of this company!!! It Really shows in the pride they took in their work. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs anything done! I have already given their info to several people!!!! Most honest upfront, high quality products and services I have dealt with!!!!!

My AC went down Saturday when I got home from shopping around noon and call AC guys and they had someone out here within two hours. The technician was awesome very informative and told me upfront what the problem was and what it was gonna cost to repair it and had the parts necessary on his truck to do the job wow very impressive. I have been using AC Guys for the past 6 years. They have done my annual maintenance as well as a couple minor repairs. Yesterday they came out and replaced an evaporator coil due to a leak. Ashley(hope I'm spelling her name correctly) was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and keeping me up to date with information and time frames. She went above and beyond to ensure quality service. The repair was done efficiently and we were left very happy with the service. The price was also much lower than the competitors!
