At the beginning, Jimmy seems reasonable and is experience. He installed a new AC unit for me in 2018. It starts to have problem after couple years. As thats my rental property, I always pay whatever he said. He always blame on my tenant for causing all the problems. This April, the unit has problem again, it was leaking, he charged me $575. I requested an invoice. I told him to take a picture and text to me, and he said he prefer mail it to me. I waited a month and got nothing. I reminded him again and still waiting for the statement. Two days ago, the AC leaks again and I started to question about any warranty for a less than 4 years unit. He never reply me again and no show no call for the next day. He maybe good for the beginning, but not a honest person after you trust him. Services: A/C system maintenance, Install AC

Responded right away and came same day to diagnose. Left to get the parts and returned within hours to complete the job. Excellent service. Highly recommended Service: A/C system repair
