        Went to this place to notarize a document and I got unnecessary questions. Go to your local bank, they notarize for FREE! Not to mention also the girl behind the counter was very rude and mouthy. She must be the manager !

        It's the worst service anyone can hire. When I hired their service I asked if I could pay a special rate for fast shipping and the person told me I didn't have to. And now it's a day late. And the person who will receive it will no longer be there. Wasting my time and money. When I went to the store to find a solution, they told me there was nothing they could do. Ups de winter haven has terrible employees. They don't care about you.

        I went in to open a mail box and the manager of the place(a blonde or grey haired lady) told me that if I was getting my PO box to receive packages that I would have to come everyday one is dropped off, immediately to pick them up. I had 6 small packages that had collected over about a 3 day span. I cannot afford to drive to my box everyday to collect packages. After explaining to me that they are a high volume store and that I would have to come daily to get my packages,...she asked me if I still wanted my PO box. I said no and paid for my packages and I will no longer use the UPS store. This is after being misgendered at the lake Wales store. Who then lied about the event! So apparently UPS stores don't care about their customers because they have too many. ....I will not use these stores anymore fore anything they are owned by rude ignorant people who don't treat customers right! On line, ups says they will hold a package for 5 to 7 days?....never heard of being told that the would have to come daily to pick up packages? And she had an attitude while explaining this because she was apparently aggravated that I had allowed my small packages to collect for 3 days? Terrible store and rude owner/manager( not sure which) MUCH CHEAPER AND MUCH BETTER SERVICE AT THE UPS CUSTOMER CAR CENTER. I WASN'T EVEN AWARE THAT I COULD PICK MY PACKAGES UP HERE.....SAVED ME 100.00 IN PICKUP FEES! LVE IT WHEN THINGS WORK OUT BETTER! I WILL NEVER USE AN UPS STORE AGAIN.... SIMPLY NOT NEEDED

      Every UPS Store has to do a notary waiver which includes your government issued ID. It is mandatory that a notary checks the applicant's ID in order to proceed with the document. You did not want to provide us with an ID so we could not help.

      We offer different services based off of when you need the package delivered. You chose to send the package UPS ground which was the cheapest option and it is not guaranteed on the expected delivery date. The only option that is guaranteed is Next Day Air. We told you when you came in the store this morning that we have to wait for an attempted delivery scan to stop the delivery. You did not want that option and continued to walk out of the store.
