i wouldnt use these people again. I had my carpets cleaned a little over a year ago by stanley steamer and the job was much better. Frank didnt spend enough time in my opinion. the carpets still look like they have dirt in them with the exception of the two front bedrooms which were only lived in when we had an occasional guest or relative over. Frank was not only a very nice man, he went out of his way to make sure we were happy. I had previously had a bad experience with one of those "it's going to cost you extra", carpet companies..... but, Frank did a great job, spot cleaned everything, cleaned specific areas I asked him to, and never asked for an extra dime!! I would highly recommend him, and this company! Service: General carpet cleaning
