        I made an appointment a week in advance to clean the carpet on the stairs. The appointment was set for 1pm to 2pm. I drove to my property that I own, which is 2 hours away, to meet them and let them in to clean the carpet. 3pm rolls by, and no one shows up. I caked their number, and no one picked up. I messaged the owner Carl on Facebook, and he replied that he hadn't heard from his technician who was supposed to come out. 530 rolls around, and the tech texted me, saying that he has phone and truck problems and that he will not make it. This company let me down on the day before an open house that i was having. I ouod not and will not recommend this company to anybody. Service: General carpet cleaning
