The office lady Amber has a nasty attitude. She tried to tell social services that my husband pays my rent and he be there when maintenance come to fix things. Amber needs to mind her business. Little did she know I was separated, I gave him the money to pay my bills on time while I was at work. He takes care of my kids so yes he at my house with my girls while I work and while maintenance man fix things. On top of that she asked for the apartment a week early complain about the carpet not cleaned and deduct it from my deposit. She should prorated my rent since she wanted the apartment early.

I had a leaky kitchen faucet. Braxton Britt came and within a few minutes said they needed to run to Lowes and pick up the part I needed. They had the part and finished the work in less than 30 minutes. A very simple repair. They charged me $125 for 1 hour, plus a $12 truck fee for running to Lowes and then charged me double the price of the part they picked up from Lowes.
I have a real problem with paying double for a part they just purchased from Lowes. After voicing my concern to Braxton Britt, they reduced the price to the cost of the part but said I could not do business with them anymore.
Talk about poor customer service. Service: Plumbing leak repair
