I (briefly) worked at this "In-Store" Citizens Branch from April-June 2007. Tamara was a great branch manager. Great customers as well.

Always a good experience with the people working here. Very friendly. The waits can be a annoying especially if you in a hurry.

Citizens Bank has slowly gone down hill. 10 years ago the bank had a very good customer service strategy with good branch managers and  longtime employees staying at the same bank branch. Past several years the bank has tremendous amount of new employees  that have little to no training and no real branch management  just employees  that have no personal relationships with customers. I base my experiences on mostly Acme branches and a few stand alone Citizens Banks in Newark and Wilmington.I would switch but changing all direct deposits and switching bill payment is painful, so I stay with citizens and try to stay away from the branches and do all my banking at home.
