        Today one the employees ask my son to leave if he wasnt going to buy anything from the store. Thats not how you treat your customers. My son is 11 years old and he was afraid to tell me what the employee said.

        I don't know what it is about GameStop and why they notoriously have the rudest employees, but Ruben on the cash register last night could use some additional training. I had to stand awkwardly in line for quite some time while he typed on his computer and then he just looked at me, didn't say anything, so I approached and asked my question. I was standing there long enough that my daughter asked me what we were waiting for. I had to PRY info from him. When I was checking out the item (that I had no help finding or any guidance on) he took a call. He handed me my receipt, didn't make eye contact or say anything to me whatsoever, he just continued to take his call. Just to add- he was pretty rude to whoever he was speaking to. He just kept saying, in increasingly aggressive tones, "I don't own an XBox so I can't answer your questions."
