I had to edit my review after living here for a year. This place has so much potential, it really does! But these new rules always go into effect within 24-48 and no information just a damn notice on the door. My main problem is the pricing for the unit. I was paying a good amount for the 1 BR I am currently living in. Now its up another $100 bucks after lease renewal. Then I speak to a neighbor and they are barely paying $1500 for a 2-2? The floods in the parking lot are insane! Like you cant drive a car in it or its going to flood. The sprinkler systems all spray on the stairs! I was with my newborn walking down and I almost fell with him thanks to the sprinkler's The laundry room thank god I dont use it. But when I did it was more of me losing money than actually getting my clothes washed. Management is only CONTACTED FROM EMAIL! This is a complete joke . Last, I feel that for current residents, I shouldnt have to go through hoops to after for a 2-2. They told me I have to keep paying for the old unit to go into a new unit. Then its this pressure of DO YOU WANT TO BREAK THE LEASE, DO YOU WANT TO BREAK THE LEASE. Like relax, I am just trying to ask some information so I can have more comfort for my family. The view and the atmosphere is so nice here. But the management really needs to step up. Things should be addressed in a timely matter. People who long term should be treated right. Overall I still think its a nice place. If it had a closed gate it will be way more peaceful

Please do yourself a favor and listen to these reviews. This place is absolutely terrible! I dont even know where to start. Its very high priced for not a lot. There is no office, it takes a lot to get in contact with someone. The laundry room steals your money, the machines hardly work. Like playing a game and hoping your clothes gets properly washed or dried the 1st time. Its always no A/C in there, so its like a sauna. Sweating like crazy doing laundry. Just altogether has been getting worse and worse. Save yourself the headache.
