    Dwyane Barrett is a very professional realtor. It was a roller coaster, dealing with two properties. My brother and I decided it would be better to place it under a property manager that has the tenacity and knowledge. If youre looking for a cheap and unreliable property manager/realtor go find someone else. I came across plenty of individuals that could not fulfill my needs. After several warm market referrals, God placed me in the right hands. Im not an easy individual to deal with, but Dwayne understood me. He went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied! If you need the job to get done with a sense of urgency and authority, Dwayne Barret is what you have been searching for.

    As an owner, DO NOT sign with these people. You will automatically owe $500. Very shady managers and money driven. Was told that the repairs they did were done poorly because it was for tenants. Paid thousands of dollars and when I see my place even the doors they painted literally had paint running. They do not get good tenants either. The person they had in my unit was disgusting. The unit has roaches now thanks to them and will need extensive remediation. Additionally the contract is awful. The term was one year and would renew each year on the same date. They required 30 days written notice for termination. Later in the agreement it states I would be charged $1k for terminating the agreement within the first 6 months or $500 after. I signed this 2 years ago and ended the agreement with over 60 days written notice, taking back control of the property after the end of the tenant's lease. They still sent a bill for $500. So pretty much you are signing over to pay them at least $500 or use them to lease your property forever.

    For ppl who looking for property management they are not the one find something better. Please DO NOT RENT WITH THE MANAGEMENT.They are horrible liars and very unprofessional. The staff is rude and unprofessional as well. They DNT fix things until mths later and also they go into your home without consulting the tentant, they also overcharge for rent,and the late fees charges are redicilous outrages. They make false promises and will go back in there word.Thry DNT even try to work with the tenants and they are so insensitive to a person situation especially if the cause was caused by there poor property management. I would never ever recommend family and friends not even a homeless person on the streets. They don't provide they necessary recommendations by law. So if u have rats in roaches they will tell you that I would have to do it yourself.They are super horrible thieves. I truly believe they steal from there clients who hire there so called professional services. Dwayne Barrett is a lying unprofessional rude property manager.

    Totally Unprofessional Company! If I could I will give them negative stars. We tried to move in to one the properties managed by them in San Michele Andros Isles in WPB (8855 Okeechobee Boulevard Unit #204). These people listed the unit for renting om May 3rd 2023 for a price of $2000. On May 5th 2023 via our relator we contacted them and submitted applications via their website ($75 per person and $159 total for both of us, and they do not accept credit/background checks from other realtors but they do it by their own). They got back to our realtor on May 24th and mentioned that we were approved. On the same day these people raised the rent from $2000 to $2300 (WoW!). Since then several times they promised to send a lock box code to visit the apartment, But they never actually did it. It's been almost 2 months since our initial application (I am writing this on June 28th 2023). But still no response from this company. I feel like we were just scammed! I warn you to stay away from these people.

Hi Isuru I apologize for the Misunderstanding and any inconvenience that this may have cause you during the process of finding a rental home. Please note that at the time of your initial lease application, the property was listed as coming soon and not available for immediate occupancy. My Office had also express to your agent that the property is vacant but was unable to be shown at that time due to the previous tenant had just move out and our office will need time to ensure that all repairs and make ready has been properly completed in a timely manner. Furthermore, Due to our company policy, we aren’t allowed to show any properties until they are cleared by our maintenance team deem ready to be shown to agents and prospective tenants. I do understand that you have applied for and paid all the required fees with the intention that you will be approved. Please also understand that our goal here at Ibero is to seek and qualify all prospective tenants fairly and equally within a timely manner except for when the situation is beyond our control. I do understand that you may be upset and disappointed, I certainly understand your frustration but calling a reputable company a scam isn’t the way to go about it, especially when you’re not in direct contact with the office and gather your information for a 3rd party. I have reviewed your application and find no reason not to rent to you, but as I mentioned earlier the unit was just not ready to be shown at that moment. If you’re still interested ins leasing that Unit, please reach out to the office, I will be happy to speak with you and hope we can fully resolve your complaint with an appropriate resolution. Again, I am very sorry and wish you all the best in all future endeavors.
