Mike installed a bathroom fan,light,speaker combo for me. He did an awesome job and explained everything. I LOVE IT!!!! And replaced the old wall switch to a bright white new one. Looks great!!

Unfortunately, I have to change my 5-star review to 1. I'll leave the original below. After a pricey, but positive experience with ABC for my own home, I recommended them to my sister for an urgent plumbing situation in hers. It couldn't have gone worse. She called for an inspection of a shower that was leaking into her downstairs neighbor and to reseat her toilet which was leaking. The tech who came out was friendly enough, but did not follow procedure to isolate a leak (cutting into the wall as we later found out) -- telling us it was just a cheap shower head that was likely cracked from overtightening. When he left and we started the shower, the downstairs leak was much, much worse and we called a different plumber to repair. Additionally, the toilet continued to leak after the expensive reseat job. My sister called ABC who sent out a tech that same night we found the shower was still leaking (even worse), and he was surprised the first tech didn't cut into a wall or ceiling. My sister ended up calling ABC after the repair was completed by someone, else and they sent out a QA tech to inspect. Well, that tech was *also* surprised no wall cuts were made to isolate / resolve the leak. He also pointed out the toilet wasn't leaking from the base, but from a rusted out tank bolt. He said he would take notes and send to the office to reach back out to my sister for a resolution. Well, ever since then, it's been two weeks of that contact person being out of office or just not returning the multiple voicemails my sister has left. Two weeks of a toilet continuing to leak from the tank bolt and two weeks of no resolution on compensation for the misdiagnosed shower leak. I can't in good conscious recommend ABC to anyone else. I had a good experience, my sister did not. That's 50/50 odds of good service -- not something I think anyone wants to risk when there's a plumbing issue in your home. ***** ABC was able to come out the very next morning to repair (ended up replacing) an original almost 80-year old plumbing fixture and some cast iron parts. Chris was knowledgeable and kind and explained everything well. There were several repair options to choose from based on affordability and practicality, though the prices did seem a bit high. I will say the whole experience definitely felt like premium customer service so the prices are definitely paying for quality staff members (phone AND field staff!). I also greatly appreciated the technology aspects and email communications. I did not know ABC had a club membership that helps with discounts and even higher levels of service for several other home maintenance needs. Chris just informed me about it and said there was absolutely no obligation or pressure to sign up. Overall, the work from Chris and Leo was really great, and they were both friendly and easy to be around while they were at our home. Looking forward to many, many years of successful flushes in our bathroom and no more leaks!

Jared Gabor was the ABC Comfort consultant that came to give me an estimate for my new furnace and a/c. He was on time, presented well and was able to walk away with my business. Will be getting my new furnace and a/c installed tomorrow Thanks much from a new customer Jim

I was very pleased with the quality of work Wally performed. ABCs pricing is on the high side, but after seeing the materials used and beautiful results, Id say it was money well spent. All drains in the kitchen and bathrooms were replaced with copper and brass, all shut off valves were replaced, toilet repaired, and the cartridges for both showers were replaced as well all within a day and a half. I live by the adage quality is always a bargain, so if youre looking for high-quality work, youre going to pay a little extra. Great job Wally and thank you ABC!
