        As someone who works in the same industry as these people I'm completely disgusted by the way they treat people, the entire goal for a place like this is for a customer to leave feeling happy and confident, not to be told they are getting a bad hair cut, or to be completely judgemental and make people feel bad. My sister saw someone named Tiffani and she left that day day questioning not only if she liked her haircut but also questioning if she smelt like cats all day and that's not okay
