        Wont be back! Waited nearly 3 hours after being on the list. Got the text I was up next. Showed up and was advised I was taken off the list, without notice or anything. They refused to do anything for me except put me back on the list. Go somewhere else!

        I have been an Ankeny resident for my whole life and have been going to this location for probably 18 years. Never once have I felt satisfied with a trim or haircut. I have asked many different ways even with pictures of what I want. I always end up walking out looking atrocious.
