      image Chris was very, very helpful at resolving our difficult issue. Even though he earned no commission on the two visits we had to make, due to a third party "ATT" error, he was very patient, thorough, and professional. We didn't feel rushed or neglected. He was very attentive. We'll be back to upgrade and purchase in a few weeks and will definitely be asking for him.

      Excellent customer service.
      Friendly, helpful and solved a problem I came in to fix.
      Like near zero wait.
      And learned alot about newer programs we are now considering.
      Thanks guys for a wonderful experience.
      I came in bummed about my broken phone, left with new phones for me and my wife, and still came out cheaper then fixing my S20!!
