Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

The customer service absolute sucked! I went in to get my phone reactivated and a new account made and they completely blew me off! They just wanted to spend more time off of their phones than serving the customer. I work in the customer service industry and this aint it. Worst workers ever, hope everyone rethinks going to cricket

Customer service is ridiculous, the super long wait time is annoying and not having enough employees to handle the customers. Need to switch to another carrier asap

My dad and I went into this store today 6-20-23. Mikaylah was the employee. She had a poor attitude, seemed like she didn't want to be there, had no people skills and probably shouldn't be working in sales. Every question we asked was answered with one word, very little communication. My dad ended up buying a phone and she refused to transfer over his contacts and other data. She said the store had bad chargers and wifi!?! Everytime i bought a phone from Cricket the employee helped transfer the data. Her customer service was subpar at the least. I've been a Cricket customer for years and she was the worst employee I've ever dealt with. Maybe it's time to move on from Cricket if this is the kind of person they employ. This was the Wasilla store, Mikaylah was the employee.

This is so long.  Went in to fix an issue with my phone. they convinced me I needed a new phone. Sales person lied to me up-charged me for things I did not need said it was a package deal. she had told me $350. when she rang it up it was much higher but she had opened the packages.  I went away and thought about it cause she talked so fast I could not get my thoughts together. Came back the next day and they would not take any of it back. asked for managers number. They would not give it to me. Said he would call me, never did. then when I went back to ATT they made it as hard as possible.  They skipped steps and made me call back twice even though I asked them to do it. Then said I did not cancel my payment. When I called to ask them to they said dispute it. Then they lied and said that I did not cancel.  Since I had switched my phone to ATT and they knew it I obviously  did cancel.  They cost me so much money and the service was so bad.  ATT gave my husband a new phone for $7 a month or something like that. much better deal.
