      image The folks at our local Wells Fargo are very nice. However, dont try to call and speak to a live person. I tried for 30 minutes. I was disconnected twice. Even the 800 person said he would transfer me to my local bank, but then hung up. I went round and round the prompts again, even on the direct line to my local bank. I give up. We have over 100k in this band and should be able to speak to a banker when necessary.

      image Changed review from one star from a poor experience noted below to a 5 star experience today where the staff was friendly and very helpful. Very happy with the assistance I got today.
      Old review: Went to talk to a banker about an issue with one of my accounts, ignored by banker. Never seen that at a Wells Fargo before.
