Dr Langer is a wonderful doctor. But this office couldnt be worse. They dont answer any phone calls. In fact when I am there the phone is turned off, never rings. Messages go unanswered always. There isnt any way to contact this office. Idk how they get patients. I dont think I can continue to see this doctor.

I believe the main problem with this business is the Office Manager, Sandy. Between billing issues and the poorly run office, she will not return the 10+ calls I have made to resolve an issue of being overcharged for a visit. The doctors are fine. No problem there. The problem is with Sandy, who happens to be married to Dr. Langer. Found out about this after I asked to speak to Sandy's supervisor. That explains a lot. Still waiting for this issue to be resolved. Oh, it's also very difficult to even get someone to pick up the phone in the office. Some times you can't even leave a message because the mailbox is full. Time for a new Office Manager!

I want to make one thing perfectly clear; I have no issue with Dr. Langer and the care that he provides. In my opinion, he is an exemplary physician and caregiver. What I DO have an issue with is routinely having to wait an hour to an hour and a half AFTER the scheduled appointment time to get in to see the doctor. During my most recent visit, i waited for an hour and a half. I went to the window, explained that my father had died the day before and I had other issues to deal with. I could not wait any longer. Even though I had shown up on time, paid the co-pay for the office visit, the office manager, Sandy, threatened to hit me with a late cancellation fee if I left. I left anyway.

I went to this doctor's office and met with a PA? or something, not the doctor, 5 weeks ago now. They said they'd call me with test results and call in a prescription a week after. Nobody did for more than a week and a half, so I called and got my test results and was told that they would get the prescription in to my pharmacy. On the bright side, they did that. But, it's been 3 more weeks and it's still waiting for the doctor's office to fill out a prior authorization form - I've tried calling since and only get voicemail. Nobody ever responds and it seems like nothing is getting done. Really disheartening. Edit: It's been over 2 months since I had my appointment with them now. I've called and left messaged 10-12 times. Often I call and you can't even leave a voicemail because the inbox is full. No one has ever called me back or talked to me about them. One day, I resolved to call until someone answered the phone only to have someone pick up the phone and immediately hang it up. I'm fortunate in that for me, this is really a quality of life issue and not a life threatening one. Terrifying to think that they treat people this way - especially when someone might be managing a condition like cancer or diabetes. To that end I'm going to file a complaint with LARA for negligence and I'd suggest other people do too.
