I walked in BEFORE 9:30, was greeted promptly, and asked if I had been seen there before. I hadn't been there before but decided to try it because it was open later than others I had been to (that had already closed for the day). I was told that they don't take new patients after 9:30, so instead of just seeing me, the lady at the front desk took the time to try to find another urgent care open somewhere else. By the time I waited for her to do that and walked to my car, it was 9:33. Absolutely ridiculous. A month earlier, I was out of state with my husband who had to go to an urgent care and walked in 5 minutes before they closed and was seen! If you don't want to help people that late then don't work for an urgent care open at that time or don't go into the medical field!

Horrible experience, did not want to take patient since it was 9.15 pm so kept saying they needed more documents which she did not require the first time. Had to endure being in pain because some selfish woman did not feel like working
