        I would suggest anyone looking for restoration services, look elsewhere. This place is a rip off. The services provided are no where close to what was invoiced. I have reached out to other reputable agencies that have verified my concerns, and they concur. Lesson learned.

        The Tri State crew Mr. Alfredo and Mr. Cirico were extremely thorough in making sure all the contaminated damaged property was removed, the area was properly sanitized and dried completely. I recommend this company especially this crew to medicate any sewage damage.

        Leo and Freddy did an excellent job. They cleaned off the steps to the basement of leaves (something I did not know they did). They were very professional and cleaned up everything when they were done. Tri State has been excellent, from Daniel who came out to inspect our initial issue to another Daniel who was in the office and I believe was a manager. Everyone knew what the we're doing and made us feel more comfortable with an unfortunate situation. Thank you!
