I requested via a text with a clear photograph to have a hole patched WITH drywall, wire mesh and stucco. Then I included about 10-15 small cosmetic stucco areas to take care of at the same time. Joseph quoted me a ridiculous $875 and I asked them just for the hole to be repaired so he said $675. He kept trying to push me for a Thursday appointment although I explained I was out if the country and returning that day, so it would not be convenient nor likely possible as my renters werent likely available. He wanted to jump the fence and I said I wanted someone present when work was done. So he then agreed for a Friday appointment. But, he INSISTED on me paying him via Zelle $100 to hold the appointment. I texted him when I landed on Thursday about how my flight wouldnt get me in early enough for the Thursday time HE PREFERRED. He told me he wanted to change the Friday to a Saturday appointment when I had to contact my renters AGAIN to accommodate him. Then Friday morning he texted me as if that was still the planned date. I also wanted to be certain he was bringing a tiny piece of drywall for the patch as Id mentioned in my text. Then he started screaming that he never agreed to any drywall, although it was clearly explained in my request. Since he didnt want to do the little drywall patch I said then lets just cancel and send me back my $100 because it was for a Sat. appointment per his request AND it was only Friday am and he was not sticking to the work hed agreed to do at the outrageous price. He then started yelling at me calling me a NUT JOB and said thats how hed saved my number in his phone. So he refused to return my money Id sent via Zelle and continued screaming on the phone. This guy needs to be avoided at all costs. Hes out of control rude and unprofessional.

Joe and his team performed some stucco repair I needed on my house that came from weather and some poorly aimed sprinklers. Joe did a great job explaining the existing issues and what was needed to perform the repairs. They were able to tear down and rebuild that stucco and did a great job blending in the texture and color to match the existing house. I would definitely recommend JRP for your stucco repair or new construction needs. Service: Stucco installation

Joseph is very knowledgeable and does a very thorough job. Found our leak and repaired it and went above and beyond our expectations! The price was very fair for the work completed. Highly recommended and will hire in the future if ever needed again.

On December 2, 2022 Joseph and I entered into an agreement that said" remove all ( stucco)  areas that have been improperly lathed and plastered ...including hauling and all preps and cleanup , ready to paint for $8575.  He removed the stucco and placed the waterproofing but did not Re stucco.  On 1/1/23 he asked me to sign for additional work which he had never mentioned before this date: 1. Remove back section2.  Upper patio requires large sections to be replaced3.  South facing almost three times as high require demo as previously estimated4.  Front requires demo from top to bottom 5.  Extra dump feesJoseph saw these entire areas before beginning the job.  Now he wants $3635 more then he estimated and presented to me at the start.  Either he is a bad estimatorOr he is an extortionist who waits I'll your house is opened up and then demands almost 50% more money.  You decide.  I have.
