Beautiful Blinds

Zero response when you call, and will not respond to voicemails. Highly do not recommend doing any business with this company.

Ive been trying to get a hold of this company all day now, they have not once answered the phone(I have called 10 times, from 9 am until 3), and did not call me back when I left a message. They are supposed to be scheduling our blinds installation, but after their lack of communication we will be getting a refund for the service and taking our business elsewhere.

I had a mixed experience with them. After placing the initial deposit to Home Depot, they came over within 2 days to measure our windows. They provided the measurements back to Home Depot within the next 2 days. The blinds were delivered within a week from then. They came over in 2 days from then to install the blinds. Only problem was it is almost impossible to reach them over phone. The phone number listed publicly is useless. We had to get another number from Home Depot which they answered - but just the one time.

I have tried to call but it is always a voice mail and they never call back. I tired of waiting for them. Do not use!!!!

I have had blinds installed several times over the last few years by Beautiful blinds and its always been a great experience! The last few times it was Ivan and he was polite, professional, and did a great job.
