image I been living out here for over 3 years. They have change office staff and maintenance people more times than I can count. They drop the ball on everything. If you put a work order they close it out before they even do the order. I asked for pest control, something im paying for in my rent . I was told I was placed on the list to come on out 1/22 because they come out only 2 Mondays out of the month. Pest control never came. Come to find out, they never put my name on the list. They do nothing about the kids playing ding dong ditch on your doors 10 oclock at night. I have a ring camera and have provided proof. This complex is going down hill fast. It use to be a nice quiet neighborhood. I look forward to my lease ending because I will not renew again. I got a new dishwasher put in last year. It was broke the first day it the first day it got put in. There is a new manager. I sure hope he can change the complex around for the good. Look elsewhere. Its not worth it. It makes no sense how we have to stay on them about their job. You might as well pay me to do the job.

image Parking situation is not reliable. You can be towed even with a decal and they do nothing for you. The leasing office has 0 communication skills. They have said for months they are updating parking spots but have not. Was towed twice ($310). That is just 1 of countless negative experiences with this place.

image Honestly save yourself the trouble and take my review as face value. Writing this on behalf of my boyfriend who lived here for 1 year, but I can attest to everything as I was there since the beginning. They werent able to tour the unit before moving in which was red flag number 1 in my opinion. Not sure what the cleaning fee pertains to after a prior tenant moves out, but this was NOT clean what so ever. When they moved in, there was a broken screen to the patio door laid outside on the deck (never fixed), stains in the carpet, and mold all over the bathtub grout, plus more. The corridors were also never cleaned the entire year he lived there, and we constantly saw roaches, trash, and other debris. He didnt live here for not even 2 months before the dryer broke and it took them about a month for some new part to come in (was never recouped $ or given anything in return while he took his clothes to a local laundry mat). Even after the fact when they did fix it, it took about 3 cycles of the dryer going to make them dry. The parking situation (especially on the weekends) is INSANE. Great you have a reserve parking sticker, however you cant ever find a spot close to your unit entrance because they are constantly full. The guest parking is also very minimal, as we noticed people would park vehicles in guest spots that literally never moved since day 1 and to top it off they never repaint the GUESTS markings. SO if you do want company over and they park in a guest spot that is kind of smudged off, the towing company WILL tow their car and charge you $170 to get your car back because it was up to their discretion even if they can/cant read a smudged guest marking. MY CAR WAS TOWED. The complex did not care at all that ive been parking in that spot for over 8 months, and told me it wasnt their responsibly because the rain rubbed it off over time and that in the future I should choose another one with bolder lettering. During this whole process of me trying to get answer out of the front office and possibly some sort of help about their mistake of towing my car - one guy constantly needed to confer with the other front manager before speaking to me, I was told they would call me back multiple times but never did. I had to follow up every week for a month straight before they basically told me that it sucks to suck. With every issue that may arise, you will experience this as well as my boyfriend did, that they will NEVER call you back.
He had a downstairs neighbor (family of 4) that moved in and within the WEEK of moving in, their entire apartment flooded because the water heater broke in the middle of the night. All of their furniture was destroyed. Right before moving out, him and his roommates made it clear to the front office they did not want any unexpected fees afterwards and that everything needed to be paid prior to moving out. They told them everything was good to go! Of course they were hit with random expensive charges. Regardless, it was honestly a nightmare and I dont even understand how they keep that place afloat.
