Jessica has a nasty attitude when it comes to asking questions .. She constantly cuts you off when talking and asking questions when asking questions... Then hangs up ...not great customer service skills at all which probably is the reason she had to pick a debt collector as her job ...

So Yea I get it I owe for the Damages cause by my animals, I am making my payments, then I received a letter saying they are taking me to court because I was not making my payments I called them today to tell them that I had made my payment she told me I had not, I have them the MTCN number and she stated that Western Union hasn't given them the heads up that a pavement has been made, SMH. Yall Please get it together, I don't have time for your games I am a single mom doing the best that I can trying to pay all of my bills on time and yall are adding more stress to my plate by saying I did not pay when I know that I did.

Please AVOID dealing with this extremely corrupt company at. all costs. They lie to you ,are deceitful and don't care about your circumstances. They are all about the money! Horrid customer service,. If at all possible, stay far away from this deceitful, lying, malicious agency!

This company enjoy taking ppl a hard earn income and place garnishment against ppl. Only giving them 10 days to pay a full balance on payment. Never contact you by phone just by one letter in the mail. They are dirty and untrustworthy by stealing everything you have and not even trying to work a reasonable payment plan. Don't trust this business on anything!
