        Great funding and products. However, no ATMS and sometime they open 3 hours late without notifying customers. A bit unprofessional to open late and not notify customers.

        Crystal Martin is the worst customer service rep of all time. If you record calls, go listen to our conversation and use it to train new hires on what NOT to do. I also spoke with a 'Wanita' afterwards and she was the perfect example of what a customer service rep should be.

        We began banking with 1st Advantage when we accepted a car loan from this wonderful credit union on the peninsula. What started out as just a car loan has blossomed into our primary financial institution handling most of our banking needs. We were so excited when they opened the VB branch on the southside. The customer service is outstanding - All of the branches are helpful and we have really enjoyed working with the VB branch especially.
