We experienced an car accident on the highway and have rental-car coverage through our insurance. It took over 5 hours before we were picked up in a rental. Once we were picked up, we were told that they only had cars above what our daily insurance amount was and had to pay the difference and rushed out. We were not given a chance to use a vehicle within our price point and were given the run around every time we tried to swap it for one within the daily insurance budget. I would absolutely not recommend utilizing their services

Extremely horrible service! I was in an accident at 8am in the morning. My insurance company set me up with this location, they first tried to pass me and my wife on to another location, but after getting ignored by the other location, they were forced to do their job. By the time they picked us up it was almost closing time! When we get there we see a lot full of cars but they told us all they had was a vehicle we had to pay additional money for.
When we tried to explain the situation, especially the fact that we were from Alabama, we just got into a bad car accident, I was still a bit confused because of the concussion. They still seemed like they didnt care, essentially telling my wife and I either we take the truck and have to pay the extra money or be stranded in Villa Rica, GA after traveling on the Red Eye to get back to my students for finals, or be stranded!
This is sad and upsetting that a company or even a group of people employed by this company show such cold hearted actions. This isnt the customer service I expect after suffering such a traumatic experience in which my wife and I suffered injuries and then be forced to pay out of pocket extra!
I will forever take my personal and companies business to someone else if this is what we can expect from Enterprise!

Called about renting a truck while mine was in the shop to be repaired was told it would be 50 bucks i was cool with that then get there and now it's 100 no I don't think so they need to get it right
