Ive lived here for a year and a half and its been great besides the parking. Recently theres been a large amount of car thefts. 5 within this complex (including mine) within the past month.
Ive talked to front office about renting a car port that has been empty for a while for about 4/5 months or a garage and everytime they tell me, theyll get back to me. THEY NEVER DID.
I would have not had my car stolen if they would have reached out to me sooner. With this much activity of GTA they need to install Camaras & have security roam around more. We all pay higher than average rent prices they need to get there parking situation in order.

The complex and staff is awesome, but the parking is awful. The apartments should have a limit to the amount of cars each household is allowed on the property. My neighbor has 6 vehicles and theyre constantly moving cars around to keep certain spots.
