Armada Apartments

This place is truly a gem amongst other apartments, this place is well kept and has a great community living here, Noemi the manager of the armada apartments is also truly amazing, delivering excellent customer service and addressing any questions I had, I enjoy living here and am very lucky to have found the apartment when I did, also maintenance is also very friendly and helps out a lot thank you armada apartments (:

Apartments are nice. They never answer the phone. It's hard to get ahold of anyone. It's a nice place to live and I like it here. The only reason it's not 5 stars is due to poor communication.

I live in Armada East 3373 .. I have been a tenant for many years. I am just now writing a review for Property manager, Noemi, because I have received excellent & prompt response after reporting maintenance requests since Noemi's tenure... She is an asset to Fusion Armada. Noemi is very fair and has exceptional communication skills. Thank you Noemi for your attentiveness, courtesy & professionalism.

Manager replies to emails but NOTHING ever gets done. Moved into a renovated unit and was told people would be back to fix carpet transition to kitchen, that never got done even with emails about it. Never got a mailbox key after requesting it multiple times. Had my car damaged in the car port and never got an answer back for that either. I wouldnt recommend moving into here

We recently moved and honestly we fell in love from just one single picture, its a very welcoming community. Everything is beautiful, grass always is well maintained for our pets. If there is a problem they are always quick to respond and fix whatever the problem may be. They work a lot with you if you seek any problems. They really take charge to make sure quite hours are quite, which I personally love since we have a baby. I have nothing bad to say about these apartments. Everything is great !
