Went to see about getting a loan on some gold, and the lady working at the counter, gave a random price on gold, but when I asked how she came up with that, she didnt know how she came up with that number. Offered $50 for 10kt piece of gold that weighs 4.25 grams. Gold is at almost $30 per gram. So they barely will pay 1/3 of the scrap weight of gold. Also Brought in a few coins, and all were different and would have different prices for each, but she threw out a clueless number again. Not to mention her snobby attitude and childlike Service. Lucky to even get one star since you cant get any lower.

Store was clean but very small. The size isn't the issue but with a store as small as they are a greeting to potential customers that walk in is nnormal. That paired with the way they talk behind the counter about the item and the customers just mixed to make an all around bad experience. By far the worst experience I've had in a pawn shop.

I was looking for something very particular and i called them and presented my request to a lady iver the phone she went and checked and found what i was looking for and gave me all the specs over the phone and when i went in to look in person at the item, an older gentleman helped me out and was very helpful and amazing customer service!!! I will definitely go back here if i ever need something!!! Thank you again for all your help!!!!!!!
