Brought in multiple high quality items worth hundreds of dollars was told they are only interested in giving loans out for firearms. Customer service was also atrocious. Person at counter had poor attitude. They don't appreciate your business unless they're dealing with firearms.

They say they buy tools but when I went to sell them they said that they don't buy anything except for commercial grade and only a few select tools then they acted like it was a total like bad thing to have to help me like I was pulling their teeth or something I'd text my stuff somewhere else if I was you

Need to get a better system for background checks. Waited 2 weeks and called to ask if it was back yet since I was in town because I live near Seattle and the guy was rude and unprofessional so then waited another 3 weeks before I called again and they told me that it still hasnt come back yet and that I need to go there again because it had expired a week ago (pretty sure if I didnt call Id still be waiting) so went back and filled out the paperwork and finally after another week and a half they called me that it was ready so went and picked it up and I seen a note on the box that I dont think I was supposed to see that there was an email missed that said I was approved on December 7th that was a week and a half from the first time filling out paperwork
