September 2016 i got robbed by wells Fargo and it affected my stay with this apartment. I moved in paid in full around $8000 for 6 months and paid a 2000 deposit. They kept my desposit the apartment did never told me why i kept calling left voicemails they never callld me back. They evicted me and had kept saying I owed them rent for the months i had paid so I had been getting their letters they told me to dosregard them. I did. I was short on being able to pay rent for only 1 month they tried to take me to court on that day someone stole my car!! And I was helpless i couldnt make it to court. I troed tontalk to managment but they disregarded my efforts. I went into a bank to try to opek a account they claim bridgecreek sent me to collections for $4750 they demand i pay. Rent was not eeven that amount for 1 month. It was 1250 for 3 bedroom 2 bath. I replaced their show head with a nicer one and replace the closet door nobs with bedroom door nobs so they could lock because i was getting stolen from by a guest and i didnt know what guest it was. So with locks i thought i would be safer but nope they broke into my room and they had refused to leave from living with me when they were only allowed only 3 nights only. It was awful management just blamed me and wouldnt helpnme rid them they saod go to the clurt house to get them to leave by paper. I dont reccomendthos apartment. They never made jt rigjt with me. I refuse to ever pay them. Because they cheated me. Only 7. Years and it would be gone. But they brought it back up again on my credit well sadly 1 year to a month left yay no more lair on my credit report.

Great neighbors, GREAT LANDLORDS, GREAT escape from the unsavory activities and happenings in RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER neighborhoods!
Truelly feels like a small town here all of it's own along with totem pole estates and it's resident's...a person couldn't ask for much to BETTER THIS APARTMENT LIVING EXPERIENCE!!

The manager here is amazing. Extremely quick to respond and takes care of everything. Best manager Ive ever lived under!

Great place to live and very well maintained. Even tho its right on fourth plain its a quite community. The onsite manager is very nice and on top of any maintenance request.

This is a great community to live in and I love where it's located. I definitely recommend moving here as it is a fairly priced complex.
