You get what you pay for. The rent is cheap but so are the people. This isn't a place for kids as you'll find everything on the grounds. I've found needles, condoms, cigarettes inside of trees. INSIDE. The worst part is management won't care. Don't complain to them when something goes wrong because they won't care.

Currently living here for almost 3 years. The rent is affordable and the apartments location is convenient. I've had a horrible experience with maintenance, shortly after I moved in the dishwasher leaked all over the floor during cycle. I reported this to the manager at that time. He said he would have his maintenance crew right on it. 6 months later I finally had maintenance come to my apartment and replace the dishwasher. As of recently about the beginning of October my dryer stopped working. I reported to the manager and she said about 20 days before the repair. I thought this was a little long and ridiculous but I politely said ok and hang dried all my clothes until then. Maintenance came out roughly 3 weeks later and repaired the dryer. 2 days later I did a cycle of clothes in the dryer and the dryer sparked. I could smell a electric burning smell. I quickly turned off the dryer and unplugged it. I immediately called the emergency maintenance number and only received a voicemail which I left a message. Just to make sure I called the office knowing they were closed and left a message as well. The next morning I received a phone call from the manager about the issue. We met at the office in person to discuss the issue. I was told maintenance was slow that week and they would be out to take care of the issue. It has now been a week and maintenance has yet to show up. It's upsetting to think that this is not a priority since my family and I have been without a dryer for over a month and not to mention a fire hazard. I hope the owners see this because Im a tenant who has paid my rent on time since initial move in and have caused no problems. It's difficult to do laundry for a family of 4 with no dryer and no to mention the potential fire hazard. I would love to move but unfortunately not in a position to do so. Another that is bothersome is the parking spaces here are very small and not labeled so visitors are constantly parked in our assigned spaces. I guess the only positive side of living in Wildflower apartments is the affordable rent prices and the swimming pool. Maybe things will get better but as of now living here has been stressful and worrisome.

I got the chance to tour this property and a few units and thank goodness i caught the best price i've found around the area! For having a beautiful wood burning fireplace, ample living room and storage closet space, washer and dryer in unit, along with a walk in shower and full bath, this property is amazing for its price! I am so excited to move in - i applied today and am hoping the application and move in process goes smoothly!! :) As a leasing professional for another company, i was nervous to try out a new community. However, Tracy in the office was kind, answered all of my questions the best she could and personalized the experience! She even multi-tasked and helped a few existing residents promptly as we were back and forth touring. Was willing to work with me on finding a unit that works with my timeframe and price range. Thanks Wildflower team(:
