        What can I say. I think that Gillette has a business that others in Gillette should watch and learn how a business SHOULD be operated. Joyce is the name that you can put to the smiling face that you are greeted with when you walk in to the establishment. She is straight up from the get go explaining every option there is to rent a car that is perfect for you not everyone else. I went to other BRAND X rental places here and was treated like a number not a PERSON. Which is something Gillette needs to get the hell away from. She caters to what you need by LISTENING to your needs not by trying to rent you a limo when all you need is a vehicle to get you from point A to point B. Vehicles are top notch rides and very clean. Pricing is also awesome. This business realizes that everyone in Gillette is not a coal miner and make 6 figures a year but people who work hard and deserve to be treated like that. GOOD JOB TO JOYCE AND THE STAFF AT RENT A WRECK. GILLETTE BUSINESSES TAKE A PLAY FROM THIS PLAYBOOK AND ACKNOWLEDGE HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS AND TREAT CUSTOMERS. NUMBER 1 PRIORITY. THANK YOU.
