We had a very unpleasant experience with this business. I would not recommend them. They did the measuring for the flooring in our house and we ended up with 6 boxes of excess flooring costing approx $650.00, and they refused to take back the excess or refund our money. We did go to small claims court over this matter and the Judge did not find in our favor, stating the court was not able to demand they take back the flooring. If you choose to use this business, I suggest you dot your i's and cross your t's, get everything in writing, know up front what they consider special orders, ask what the store policy on returns are. Ask up front about their policy of ordering excess, make sure that you get a signed contract and that you get their measurements room by room. We wanted to support our local businesses by shopping in our community, however we chose the wrong store, and after spending over $10,000.00 in their store I would have expected better customer service than we received.
