I went in the store 7-19-2021 in search of tile. I was approached by an elderly who said can I help you. I asked her if she stocked tile or just special order. She replied we don't stock tile and I said it sure is hard to find tile in cody for just a small job i have. She replied and I quote " well maybe you should not have moved here". I was so taken off guard I was speechless and she went to the front door opened it to escort me out and told me to move to a big city. I have never been treated so rudely and still wonder why she thought i moved here. I will not recommend this business to anyone actually just the opposite. Billings and Amazon look pretty fantastic when you are treated in this manner. What happened to customer service and what gives people the right to be rude to people they do not know. I guess we will have to get our flooring for our remodel in Billings

Recently we had the pleasure of working with Kevin and Kathy at Kirkhoff's. We changed our mind several times during the process which meant Kevin needed to come out to remeasure several times and he was was happy to do it. We love the 2 carpeted bedrooms in the basement, it's beautiful carpet and super soft. We especially love the wood laminate floor in the 2 bedrooms upstairs living room and dining room. What a difference it makes. Thank you also to Scott and Gage for the install, what a great job they did. Kirkhoff's was nice enough to work with us on our timeframe which really helped us get through the entire project. Great people to work with, I highly recommend them.
