      image Kaitlyn & Jose provided excellent customer service to my husband and I when we recently upgraded our phones! I anticipated that this process would be painful and that we'd have to transfer the data on our own so we had been putting off the need to upgrade. We were pleasantly surprised that they took care of everything and more. They were very patient in answering our many questions and took the time to research and apply the best promo options for us. They also transferred over all the data from our old phones to the new phones and since one was a Galaxy and the other an iPhone, it required additional support. Thanks so much to Kaitlyn & Jose for the great experience. We love our new phones!

      image Kaitlyn is one of the most compassionate and caring person in the phone industry. The day all towers were down in WI she took her time to explain the situation to every single customer. Some customers were rude and she was calm with a great smile apologizing for the inconvenience.
