        Had an EXCELLENT selection of merchandise, store was sparkling clean, and the employees were prompt and courteous. The store manager, Keri, even took the time to help me choose a dress. Amazing customer service! I'll definitely be back.

        On Friday November 24, 2017, I was at Boston Store with my Granddaughter. We were looking at the Philosophy products near the cosmetic department when a display rack fell on me and hit me on the head. Security came and took my personal information and brought me a couple of ice packs. I was told that someone would call me on Monday. Today is December 5th, and I still have not received a call from the store. When I call and select a department other than one that is listed in their directory, there is no answer. Thanks for caring about your customers Boston Store.
