Sale of property in.
My experience with Northwoods Community Realty and Jackie Leonhard was top rate. As I was selling a property that was an estate I did not know all of the ins and outs of this procedure. Jackie was very knowledgeable in this area and made sure I had all bases covered. Jackie did an excellent job representing myself to potential buyers and made sure I recieved the best price for the property. Also very helpful completing all of the necessary documents to complete the sale. She was also spot on when determining the sale value and general marketability of the property I had to sell.
