An excellent experience, start to finish. We really found Chris by happenstance, after I reached out to find a Realtor on Zillow. That turned out to be some great luck for us! Chris jumped into action immediately and LISTENED to what I wanted and was honest from the beginning. "OK, what you want and what we have available right now isn't the same, but I want you to see what's out there." She immediately showed the pros and cons of each location, based on what I was looking for. At the end of the day, a house I DID want came open. She coached me through it. We didn't get it, which led me to mourn for about a week or so. Chris called me a couple weeks later. She had a lead on another house that was about to go on the market and asked how quickly I could get to Tomahawk. She knew it would be a property that would go fast. And we got the lake house! Could not have done it without Chris, who has been wonderful throughout. This isn't just a business transaction. Chris kept in touch throughout the process and afterward, making us feel like we are truly part of the community. First class service! I met Chris as my Realtor by happenstance was looking for info on a home I saw online and got connected with her. Best dumb luck for me ever! Chris listened to what I wanted and showed me things I needed to see to understand what I did NOT want. We almost struck gold on our first day out. That deal fell through, but two weeks later she called and said, How soon can you get up here? She had a lead on a cabin and she knew it was my dream (waaaay better than the first place). She explained what needed to be done to make it happen, and the sellers agreed four hours later. But Chris didnt just stop there. She checked in regularly and wants to make sure we know we are welcome in her community. This is way more than a real estate business transaction. This is top-rate service. We highly recommend Chris when you are ready to buy your dream lake house up north.

Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly . We recently had to sell our home due to a move that was going to take us out of state. Renee and her team at Woodland Lakes Realty were the perfect fit for our selling needs. We were impressed with the quick communication, knowledge of the market and in the end getting the house sold in a timely matter. We felt very well taken care of by them and knew that it was a company to be trusted with this big of an investment sale. I plan to recommend them to others for sure!
