I have been an US Cellular customer for a long time and had only been at this Sun Prairie location once for a silly issue. About a year after my initial visit, Zoe texted me to ask about an account review. First time that ever happened--so I stopped in. Zoe was not working but Sati was. That was honestly the quickest time and easiest shopping experience I have ever had for a phone. Sati was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. This will definitely be my only US Cellular location I go to.

The sales people work hard here and are very persistent but are not competent. Colleen gave us a receipt saying our plan would be a specific amount. Since that happened in October, weve been overcharged $100/month. Customer service gave us multiple excuses why they couldnt fix the charges, one rep said we were on the basic plan and not eligible for the deal we were promised (we werent) and another said it would take 1-3 billing cycles to be fixed (it wasnt.)
After months and hours of phone calls, turns out Colleen left out a fee which led to us being overcharged $100. The problem was finally figured out but we now have to pay $20 more a month than what we were told when we signed the contract.
TL;DR: pushy salesperson set up our account wrong which led to hundreds of dollars in overcharges and customer service was useless. Go somewhere else.

! This place is awesome sauce! Always friendly staff! And amazing at what they do! This associate help me when I broke my phone! Helped me recover all my account info pictures! It's amazing! Hands downs! No questions ask! Oh and I forgot to mention while this is all going on the place is packed! They were jumping from station to station making sure ppl are interacted with and that they would be help asap! No matter what this is my new store! Much appreciated !
