The two gentlemen we worked with were very helpful and attentive. They helped trouble shoot a lot of issues we had when switching carriers and they stayed patient and helpful during the entire process. They also suggested home internet to us and ended up saving us even more! 5star experience all around

Great experience at the Verizon Sun prairie location. We had not gotten new phones since 2017. Zach (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was so professional, knowledgeable and had the best personality for this line of work!! He was patient with us offered things to us with no pressure to purchase and honestly answered all our questions. As we were finishing up another customer came in upset that their bill went up by 13 bucks, it was very impressive to see how Zach handled his issue with ease and ended up making the customer happy with his calm explanations of why it increased. Excellent customer service!! He made sure we were fully functioning prior to sending us on our way! Thank you

Unfortunately, I waited 40 minutes after my check-in, but I never received help. If you plan to visit, make an appointment before and carve out a couple hours of your day. (I was disappointed because there were staff available, but they were checking inventory rather than helping customers. It seems like that could be done during slower periods.)

Never go to one of these independent stores, just go to the corporate store. They lied about what fees they were going to charge, they added a liquid screen protector that I told them I didn't want and then charged me $65 for it, they added phone insurance for $17/mo that I never agreed to our discussed. They were very dodgy about giving me an invoice on what they were charging me, literally told me they can't print invoices. Had to go to the corporate store to get it all sorted. This is a trend with this store, adding fees and services you don't agree to. There was another guy complaining about the same thing when I went in to pick up my phone.
