Leverenz Septic Service, L.L.C.

We moved into a house with a septic system after living on city water and sewer for 30 years. On Labor Day morning we woke up to an alarm going off in the basement that we weren't even sure what it was connected to or what it meant. After figuring out it was connected to the Septic we called Leverenz as they were the company that had done the preivous owners service. At 8 am on Labor Day Dave answered the phone himself and came out within two hours. I had fully expected an answering service and was just hoping to get on the list for the next day. Dave gave me a septic 101 lesson we should have had before now and explained all the things that could be wrong and how we could fix some and identify others. It turned out to be the switch, not something we could have fixed ourselves and he had the parts on his truck and fixed it right away. I know his parts charge was very fair and while I have no point of comparison I felt his labor was also fair and considering how quick he came and it was labor day I expected much worse. I am generally the one to handle repairs and repairmen in our house and I very much appreciated how Dave spoke with me as a woman (the way he would have spoke with a man) sometimes I get the "little lady" attitude from repairmen and I truly appreciated that I did not get that from him. We will definitely be using them for any services we need in the future.

Dave is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He has never disappointed us. I always recommend him to others.

We had a clogged septic tank, and Dave saved us. He's a nice guy, and if you're in his service area, I highly recommend.
